1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Emplora Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the activities below.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including employment, labour, or data protection law.
- Uploading or processing personal data without a lawful basis, or inputting special-category data the Service is not intended to hold.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, or our infrastructure, including probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system without our prior written consent.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service (for example, denial-of-service attempts or circumventing rate limits).
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping the Service except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Uploading malware, or content that is harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Using the Service to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate any person or entity.
- Reselling or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
3. Security responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding manager account credentials and employee access (including PINs and schedule links), for configuring access appropriately, and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised use.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches this policy, in line with the Terms of Service. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice before suspending, except where immediate action is needed to protect the Service or other customers.
